IMAGINE
- John Lennon
Imagine there's no heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today…
Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace.
Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
a brotherhood of men
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world…
You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope some day you'll join us
And the world will be as one.

WE
ARE THE CHAMPIONS - Queen
I've paid my
dues, time after time,
I've done a sentence, but committed no crime.
And bad mistakes -I've made a few.
I've had my share of sand kicked in face.
But I ain't gonna lose
And I need to go on and on and on and on.
We are the champions, my friend,
And we'll keep on fighting till the end.
We are the champions.
We are the champions.
No time for losers,
'Cause we are the champions
Of the world.
I've taken my bows and my curtain calls.
You've brought me fame and fortune,
And everything that goes with it -I thank you all.
But it hasn't been easy, no pleasure cruise.
I consider it a challenge
Before the whole human race.
And I ain't gonna lose.
And I need to go on and on and on.

WHAT
A WONDERFUL WORLD - Sam Cooke
Don't know much about History
Don't know much about Biology
Don't know much about the Science book
Don't know much about the French I took
But I do know that I love you
And I know that if you love me too
What a wonderful world this would be
Don't know much about Geography
Don't know much Trigonometry
Don't know much about Algebra
Don't know what a slide rule is for
But I do know one and one is two
And if this one could be with you
What a wonderful world this would be
Now, I don't claim to be an A student
But I'm trying to be
For maybe about being an A student, baby
I can win your love for me

THE
DOCK OF THE BAY - Otis Redding
Sitting in the
morning sun
I'll be sitting in the evening calm
Watching the ships roll in
Then I'll watch them roll away again
Sitting on the dock of the bay
Watching the tide role away
Sitting on the dock of the bay wasting time.
I left my home in Georgea
And I headed for the Frisco Bay
Well I had nothing to live for
Looks like nothing is gonna come my way
So I'll just go sitting on the dock of the bay
Watching the tide rolla away
Sitting on the dock of the bay
Wasting time.
Looks like
Nothing is gonna change
Everything seems to stay the same
I can't do
What can people tell me to do
So I guess I'll remain the same.
Sitting here resting my bones
And this loneliness won't leave me alone
It's two thousand miles I've roamed
Just to make of this dock my home
Sitting on the dock of the bay
Watching the tide roll away
Sitting on the dock of the bay
I'm wasting time.

LOVE WILL KEEP US ALIVE
- Paul Carrack
I was standing
all alone against the world outside
You were searching
for a place to hide.
Lost and lonely
now you've given me the will to survive
When we're hungry
love will keep us alive
Don't you worry s
ometimes you just can't let it right
The world is changing
right before your eyes
Now I've found you
there's no more emptiness inside
When we're hungry
Love will keep us alive
I would die for you
climb the highest mountains
baby,there's nothing
I wouldn't do for you
Now I've found you
there's no more emptiness inside
When we're hungry
love will keep us alive.

YESTERDAY
- The Beatles
Yesterday all my troubles seemed so far away
Now it looks as though they're here to stay
Oh I believe in yesterday
Suddenly, I'm not half the man I used to be
There's a shadow hanging over me
Oh yesterday came suddenly
Why she had to go I don't know
She wouldn't say
I said something wrong
now I long for yesterday
Yesterday love was such an easy game to play
Now I need a place to hide away
Oh I believe in yesterday
Why she had to go I don't know
She wouldn't say
I said something wrong
now I long for yesterday
Yesterday love was such an easy game to play
Now I need a place to hide away
Oh I believe in yesterday

OUR
HOUSE - Madness
Father wears his Sunday best.
Mother's tired - she needs a rest.
The kids are playing up downstairs.
Sister's sighing in her sleep.
Brother's got a date to keep,
He can't hang around.
Our house in the middle of our street
Our house in the middle of our…
Father gets up late for work.
Mother has to iron his shirt.
Then she sends the kids to school,
Sees them off with a small kiss.
She's the one they're going to miss
In lots of ways.
I remember way back then
When everything was true.
And when we would have
Such a very good time,
Such a fine time, such a happy time.
And I remember how we'd play,
Simply waste the day away.
Then we'd say nothing
Would come between us.
Two dreamers.

RUDOLPH,
THE RED NOSED REINDEER (Christmas Carol)
Rudolph, the red nosed reindeer
Had a very shiny nose,
And if you ever saw it,
You would even say it glows.
All of the other reindeer
Used to laugh and call him names;
They never let poor Rudolph
Join in any reindeer games.
Then one foggy Christmas Eve,
Santa came to say:
"Rudolph, with your nose so bright,
won't you guide my sleigh tonight?"
Then, how the reindeer loved him!
And they shouted out with glee:
"Rudolph, the red nosed reindeer,
You'll go down in history!"
